Manue is a triathlete and she asked for a foot design representing triathlon with three tiki and integrating a Polynesian lizard she already had.

The three stylized tiki represent the three parts of triathlon, swimming, biking and running while the flowers next to the ankle are representative of Hawaii where she completed the Ironman.
