This tattoo, requested by Matteo, symbolizes the voyage of a life, the process that leads to forming one´s own character and finding indipendence, without forgetting one´s own roots. Several elements appear in this design,  like the shark, the turtle, the sun, the fern, the koru and the Maori warrior, Te Manaia and the birth year, and each element merges into the other like the different aspects of a personality blends together to make the person.
