Good shooters know all the variables that come into play during long range target shooting, and they can listen to their own body, alone and in relation to the surrounding environment, to the patterns of the wind, their own breath, to zone out every stress till they concentrate on the single spot, the single moment when everything blends into a total consciousness.

That´s an extreme concentration exercise reached after years of training, in which mind and body are perfectly tuned and aimed at one same goal. This design was derived by a photo of hers.
