This tattoo was requested by Santiago: the face of a lion, a quiet one, surrounded by a tribal or Maori pattern. Lions represent strength and royalty, as well as being associated to the sun, and in this design the lion´s quietness emphasizes his nobility.
There is not Maori at all.
