Roberto had a Marquesan tattoo on his upper back and right shoulder, and he asked us to complete it on the other shoulder as a tribute to his son, who is represented centrally under the breath of life protected by the all-seeing eye on top of the shoulder.

The lizard and tiki placed centrally right below him are two symbols of protection and health guarding on him while the elements around them, the waves, bird, and tiki arm relate to Roberto.
